1. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation.
• A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total package cost is required to secure your reservation.
• The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to the tour start date.
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, credit cards, and secure online platforms approved by Peruvian Luxe.

2. Changes and Cancellations

• Any request to modify a confirmed itinerary must be submitted in writing and is subject to availability and possible additional fees.
• In the event of cancellation, the following penalties apply:
  • More than 31 days before departure: 30% (deposit) is non-refundable.
  • 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the total amount.
  • Less than 15 days: No refund.
• In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, etc.), tours may be rescheduled according to supplier policies.

3. Included and Excluded Services

• Each package only includes the services explicitly stated in the itinerary.
• Peruvian Luxe is not responsible for personal expenses, tips, additional beverages, travel insurance, or any services not mentioned.

4. Responsibility

• Peruvian Luxe acts as an intermediary between the client and service providers (hotels, transportation companies, guides, etc.).
• We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, or losses caused by third parties or external factors beyond our control.
• We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering health, trip cancellation, and loss of personal belongings.

5. Documentation and Requirements

• Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet all entry requirements, including valid passports, visas, and required vaccinations.
• No refunds will be issued if the traveler is denied boarding or entry due to missing or incorrect documentation.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website—including texts, logos, images, and design—is the exclusive property of Peruvian Luxe and is protected under copyright laws.

7. Privacy Policy

• Peruvian Luxe is committed to protecting your personal information. Any data provided will be used solely for booking and communication purposes.
• We will never share your information with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

8. Jurisdiction

• Any dispute arising from the use of our services will be governed by Peruvian law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Cusco, Peru.
