Day 1: Cusco – Km 82 – Wayllabamba
We will begin the tour by picking up passengers from their hotel at 6:00 AM, then heading to Km 82, the starting point of the Inca Trail. Along the way, we will pass through the towns of Chinchero, Urubamba, and Ollantaytambo. The first stretch of the hike follows the Urubamba River, offering impressive views of Mount Veronica (5,900 m.a.s.l.). We will have lunch in the small village of Meskay, then continue to the Llactapata archaeological complex. We will arrive at the Wayllabamba campsite, located at 3,000 m.a.s.l., where we will spend the night.

Day 2: Warmiwañusca Pass – Pacaymayo
After breakfast, we begin the ascent to the Warmiwañusca pass (4,200 m.a.s.l.), walking through Queñua tree forests and enjoying spectacular views of the Andean landscape. After reaching the pass, we descend to the Pacaymayo Valley, where we will have a delicious lunch before setting up camp. The rest of the day will be for resting and exploring the area.

Day 3: Rumkurakay – Sayacmarca – Wiñayhuayna
On the third day, we will visit the Runkuracay archaeological complex and continue to Sayacmarca, Phuyupatamarca, and Wiñayhuayna. These impressive ruins are connected by the ancient Inca Trail. We will pass by Chaqui Cocha campsite for lunch and continue the journey, ending at Wiñayhuayna, where we will camp for the night.

Day 4: Intipunku – Machu Picchu – Cusco

After a 2-hour guided tour of the citadel, you will have free time to explore on your own. In the afternoon, we will take the train back to Ollantaytambo and then a private transfer back to Cusco.
